Obituary of John L. Turchetti

Turchetti, John L. Irondequoit: January 24, 2015 at the age of 96. Predeceased by his wife, Rosemary; son & daughter in law, William & Gail Turchetti. He is survived by his devoted children, Donna (Galen Nordstorm) Turchetti M.D., John G. Turchetti; grandchildren, Lauren, Brieanne (Dan) McLaughlin, Elana; great-grandchildren; sister, Millie Finocchio, Anna (John) Harrington; sister-in-law, Bonnie Turchetti; nieces, nephews, family and friends. John was a member of St. Margaret Mary Parish and a longtime resident of Irondequoit. He most recently lived in Minnesota. He retired after many years from the US Postal Service. His greatest legacy was his family. (FLAG) His family will receive friends THURSDAY 9:30-11:30 AM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). A memorial service with catholic blessing will follow the visitation. Inurnment private. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
